Maintenance Update

?• The Board has approved carpentry repairs to the interior courtyards of Buildings 15504 and 15554. Work will begin in February and March, weather permitting.
?• The Board is currently negotiating a paint contract. Building 15504 will be painted in 2003. Building 15554 is scheduled for 2004.
?• The recent cold snap resulted a frozen kitchen pipe above the garage in one of the newer buildings. Residents should take care to keep the garage doors closed when the temperature is below 10 degrees and use the hot and cold water periodically to prevent pipe breakage.
